    Name change process in Aadhaar card

Fill this form and submit it at your nearest Aadhaar Seva Kendra. You will get this form at Aadhaar Seva Kendra. After submitting the form, you will have to pay its fee of Rs 50. You will have to submit some common identity proofs along with the form. After submitting the form, you will get an acknowledgement slip with URN (Update Request Number). Aadhaar URN is a 14 digit number. Which you can use to track the status of your form.
