Job Summary
LSO Legal is looking for a detail-oriented Computer Operator to handle
day-to-day data entry, documentation and backend office operations. This role supports
our legal and consultation teams by maintaining accurate records and digital files.
Key Responsibilities
- Data entry and updating client records in the internal software and Excel sheets.
- Preparing and formatting legal documents, letters, and reports in MS Word and PDF.
- Scanning, printing, and uploading documents to the company portals.
- Managing email communications and maintaining digital folders.
- Generating basic daily/weekly MIS reports as required.
- Coordinating with advocates and office staff for file movement and updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience as Computer Operator / Data Entry Operator.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PDF tools and email handling.
- Typing ability in English; Hindi typing will be an added advantage.
- Accuracy, discipline, and ability to manage repetitive tasks with focus.
Location & Timings
Office-based role in Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh). Standard working hours with
six-day working schedule, as per company policy.
