Refund and Cancellation Policy:
This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all payments made for legal services booked through the platform operated by LSO Legal Private Limited. By availing services via our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Once a booking is confirmed and payment is completed, no request for a refund will be entertained, including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with the legal consultation
- Change in personal circumstances
- Non-utilization of the booked service
- Misunderstanding of the service scope
Users may request cancellation of a confirmed consultation or service at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or delivery time.
However, cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund.
The user may be offered the option to reschedule the consultation or service within a limited time frame, subject to availability and approval by LSO Legal Private Limited.
In rare cases where LSO Legal Private Limited is unable to assign a professional or deliver the booked service due to internal or unforeseen circumstances, the user will be:
- Notified in writing or via phone/email, and
- Offered either a rescheduled service or platform credit, at our sole discretion.
LSO Legal Private Limited shall not be responsible for any payments made directly to legal professionals.
Users are advised to carefully read the service details and consult our support team before making any payment.
In case of grievances, users may contact lsolegal369@gmail.com, and the matter may be reviewed internally. However, this does not imply a right to refund.
By proceeding with a payment on LSO Legal Private Limited's platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy. You accept that no refunds shall be issued under any condition except where explicitly permitted by the Company.
