Job Summary
LSO Legal is looking for enthusiastic Telecallers who can handle inbound and outbound
calls, explain our legal services to clients, and coordinate consultation bookings with advocates.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from clients and provide basic information about services.
- Make follow-up calls for pending enquiries and missed leads.
- Explain consultation process, fees, and required documents in simple language.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with panel advocates.
- Maintain call logs, follow-up status, and feedback in the system.
- Assist in WhatsApp / SMS communication where needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12th pass / Graduate; experience in telecalling or customer care preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English speaking ability.
- Cordial and polite way of talking; patient listening skills.
- Ability to work with monthly targets and follow-up discipline.
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry and CRM usage.
Compensation
Fixed salary as per experience, plus performance-based incentives as per company policy.
